Who we are?

All new builds within the UK require a SAP assessment to ensure the building meets the stringent energy criteria set out by the government. This is necessary  to reduce the carbon footprint of new buildings and to ensure defined construction methods are adopted. This process has been devised in  order to reduce the passage of heat from the building and to ensure it is heated efficiently .



 

 

MSAP consultants are third party accredited on construction energy assessors. This means we are backed by the UK's largest independent training organisation for energy assessors, Elmhurst Energy, and quality assured in conjunction with the Awarding Body of Building Education ABBE . Our work is independently audited and our engineers complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to ensure they are always up to date with the latest legislative or industry changes.
